What verified means
Verified means the listing request has been manually reviewed against the co-op name, submitted email, public records, website, or follow-up correspondence.
What it does not mean
Verification is not financial, legal, engineering, or tariff advice. Members and buyers should still speak directly with the co-op before joining or signing agreements.
